About Coach Drew
Building quarterbacks the right way. With clarity, confidence, and experience that comes from decades in the game.
Who I Am
I’ve spent more than 25 years coaching high school football, and I’m currently on staff at national powerhouse St. John Bosco High School, where I’ve coached for the past four years.
For the last 13+ years, I’ve also worked as a private QB trainer, helping quarterbacks and families cut through the noise and build a real development plan — not hype, not shortcuts, not confusion.
I’ve spent the past 10 years on the Nike Elite 11 staff, coaching and evaluating top quarterbacks from around the country. Those experiences taught me exactly what separates quarterbacks who continue to grow from those who burn out.

Experience That Travels
My coaching journey has taken me across the world. I’ve run quarterback camps in:
-
Australia
-
Germany
-
Japan
-
American Samoa
I currently serve as the Head Coach of Australia’s Flag Football National Olympic Team, helping grow the game globally and prepare athletes for international competition.
I also work as a football consultant for multiple college and high school programs, supporting offensive structure, quarterback development, leadership systems, and program identity.
What I Believe
Everything I coach comes back to one mission:
Help quarterbacks grow the right way.
Give families clarity.
Protect confidence.
And provide a real roadmap — not confusion or hype.
Quarterbacks need more than drills.
They need structure.
They need truth.
They need adults who care more about development than attention.
That’s what QB Influence is built on.
And that’s what I bring to every camp, workshop, and training session.
